The Position:

• advice and support clients in various legal assignments
• monitor client management
• add expertise in Russian law and local juridical specificities
• read and evaluate documents and motions to ascertain facts and issues
• research legal documentation and advise with writing opinions about issues
• represent clients to Court (Arbitrage / Civil and Penal)
• collaborating with Senior Attorneys regarding conduct, issues, and proceedings of the local law code
• process daily ongoing cases
• elaborate and prepare files (search and/or tribunal)
• draft contracts 

Requirements:

• Russian Legal degree ideally coupled with a western management business exposure
• experience of PQE
• knowledge of commercial, labor, and corporate law
• experience of litigation depending on seniority level
• International/local law firm background or the same in in-house department at large businesses
• exceptional communication skills, solution-oriented approach smart, quick, logic-minded with solution driven approach
• capacity to manage priorities and to work independently
• fluency in English
