With over 2 billion Euros turnover and over 16,000 employees, they are a worldwide operator counting subsidiaries in 77 countries and a central technical department with 50 engineers in the European headquarters.

The Role:

  • The company values high technology profiles, transparency in business relations, reporting and autonomy in decision making. This Commercial role will be successfully achieved through:
    • identifying prospects and prospective projects based on media and published information, existing network data and new development
    • promoting the company products to engineering offices and clients
    • carrying out cost-studies or organising surveys with the central office’s support
    • preparing offers, submitting them to clients and negotiating contracts
    • monitoring regular marketing and sales reporting
    • passing information from signed contracts to the site engineer

The Candidates:

  • Civil Engineer graduated at BSc or MSc level
  • Experience from 3 years in civil engineering, ideally bridges/ structures, either in design or project execution
  • In depth understanding of modern Quality Assurance principles is desirable
  • Strong communicator with proven negotiation skills
  • Russian as native language coupled with intermediate English or French
