The client of Acteon is a global leader in the Energy industry, supplying industrial solutions to various industries including medical, chemical, Oil&Gas, etc. With a presence in about 80 countries and a turnover above 15 Billion Euros, our client is a major actor worldwide and also in Russia, strategic Energy market. Currently focusing and willing to push to a next level their activity, there are looking for an aggressive Business Development Manager.

The Role:

  • Increase customer’s sense of satisfaction and country annual sales contracts and, further, to support the business development of the company by identifying, developing, and securing projects.
  • Focus on Oil & Gas sector
  • Establish Sales plan and strategy according to the marketing, sales strategy and market conditions in the Zone
  • Focus on the marking and trends of industry; collect marketing information and research work
  • Build market database and keep interactive communication
  • Monitor competitors and adapt strategy along with competitor’s activities
  • Exchange and coordinate market and competitor information with Marketing Department
  • Propose projects and follow up the selected projects
  • Make plan for sales activities and adjust it properly
  • Organize negotiation with customer and contract signature
  • Maintain close to the market (frequent contact with clients and suppliers and represent the company to local authorities)

The Candidate:

  • Higher degree in the Engineering sphere, ideally Chemical or Energy
  • 5+ years experience in a Business Development role in the Energy sector including sales, marketing and complex solutions development
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, creative and target-oriented profile
  • Solutions maker with ability to federate
  • Strong capacity to rapidly build relationship and to develop them on long term basis
  • Ready to business trip up to 60%
  • Fluent English
