The Company:

The client of Acteon is a leading international cosmetics and perfumery Brand. Due to their constant development in Russia, they are looking for a Head of Visual Merchandising, to lead a team of 4 persons.

The Job:

• Ensure top visual representation of the brand all over Russia
• Run visual merchandising projects for various cosmetics products and lines
• Manage a team of Architect and Merchandising Manager
• Control design of flagship stores and stands
• Provide equipment availability and efficiency
• Negotiate conditions and standards of representation with Boutique Managers
• Cooperate with commercial department to ensure smooth implementation of the projects
• Coordinate Trade Representatives of the brand to ensure full compliance with visual standards and top presentation quality
• Monitor representation of the brand
• Run marketing research and analysis
• Contribute to the marketing strategy and structure rationalization of the brand

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Similar experience at similar role, within international company prefered
• Sense of style, perfectionism
• Client orientation
• Strong analytical skills
• Top professional presentation skills
• Strong personality, ability to influence and communicate the idea
• Dynamic, transparent, result – orientated personality
• Fluency in English
