The Company:

The client of Acteon is a global retailer with a rich history, pioneering at the crossroad of Luxury and technology. In order to strengthen their financial and accounting operations, they are hiring a new accountant for their Moscow based office (Taganskaya Metro)

The Job:

• Daily debtors control and posting in SAP and 1C
• Daily sales control (7 stores, partners and intercompany sales), cash collection controls
• Cash balance in stores controls; cash counting procedures once per half year term
• Sales information collection, management reporting on sales (over partners and territories), taking part in sales forecasting;
• VAT return preparation (sales book and filing of tax return);
• Active participation in projects, including 1C and SAP integration project
• Input of Masterdata in 1C and 1C Masterdata maintenance

The Candidate:

• We are looking for Positive and Proactive person, who is ready to work accurately with small volume of routine transactions and at the same time has some analitical skills to understand the meaning of data collected.
• Knowledges of SAP and 1C
• English language – written and spoken not lower than Intermediate
• Good knowledge of RAS: taxes, reporting
• Good knowledge of Russian tax legislation (experience in VAT reporting)
• Good knowledge of Russian legislation in terms of Financial accounting
• Awareness of Managerial accounting
