The Company:

The client of Acteon is a global leader and well-known name within the women underwear and lingerie segment. With over 100 years of history, today the brand is quickly expanding in Russia and is launching new start-up operations by taking over the operations from their distributor in Russia. Going with these strategic, exciting and challenging plans, we are looking for talented and accomplished Accountants, preferably with demonstrable success in the Retail industry.

Mission:

Fulfill administrative and accounting tasks – mainly rental costs follow-up and store’s cash operation booking in 1C in relation with the Financial Manager / General Manager, the external accounting firm and the malls, coordinating to the calendar of financial forecasts, and other requirements.

The Position:

  • Follow-up and approval payment of rental costs
    • Set-up a  follow-up of rentals costs per malls in excel
    • Formalize documents for Landlord and transmission
    • Approve payment of rental costs Invoices according to the contract
    • Send document to external accounting firm for booking
  • Booking of store’s cash operations
    • Based on documentation received from the store, do the accounting booking in 1C
    • Reconcile turnover, cash received and credit cards payments per stores
    • Check  accuracy of fiscal cash documents (RKO PKO), and ask the store to correct documents in case of mistakes
    • After booking, store document for 3 years
