Mission:

Be in charge of store’s cash operation booking in 1C in relation with the Financial Manager / General Manager, the external accounting firm, the stores, coordinating to the calendar of financial forecasts, and other requirements.

The Position:

• Booking of store’s cash operations
  • Based on documentation received from the store, do the accounting booking in 1C
  • Reconcile turnover, cash received and credit cards payments per stores
  • Check  accuracy of fiscal cash documents (RKO PKO), and ask the store to correct documents in case of mistakes
  • Clarifications of differences with the stores
  • After booking, store document for 3 years
  • Formalize cash operation reconciliation with bank statement (cash acquiring and cash collection)
  • Reporting to accounting outsource company the reconciliations performed weekly
  • Supervise other accountants involved in cash operation

• Improving cash discipline for store
  • Maintain and up-date procedures regarding cash operations
  • Enforce the set-up of the procedures at store level with the Regional Manag

The Candidates:

► Higher education, knowledge in accounting

► First experience on managing team of 2 people

► Excel, 1C

► Attention to details  

► Good interpersonal skills

► Experience from 3 years in accounting ideally including cash operation booking in a retail company

► English (intermediate)
