Personal Assistant to the CEO

The Company:

The client of Acteon is a leading international company operating in the Retail industry in 130 countries worldwide. They have been successful with more than 20 global brands for nearly a century. They are looking for a Personnal Assistant to their CEO in Russia.

The Role: 

  • General administrative support to the CEO (internal/external communication, time-scheduling, administrative and travel support)
  • Budget controlling (Director expenses control, invoicing)
  • Translation support including external visitors assistance (France)
  • Other responcibilities up to the Director request

The Candidate:

  • Degree in Linguistics
  • Fluent English and French are a must
  • 3+ years experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Advanced PC user (Power Point, Excel)
  • Outstanding communication skills, active, quick, well-organized, responsible
