Company presents a range of trendy and colorful products for newborns to children's wear ranging from the ages of 0 to 14. There are more than 4,000 styles to choose from each season with attractive new arrivals in stores every week. Due to fast development in Russia, they are currently searching for a Boutique Director.

The Role:

  • Boutique Director attracts customers and make them loyal to the brand 
  • Boutique Director optimizes commercial results by federating the team and respecting commercial processes Set up target for the team Making sure that labor legislation is respected
  • Making sure that the store is clean, tidy up and welcoming
  • Selling services and products to customers
  • Participating and assuring  the customer welcoming
  • Receiving and controlling products deliveries
  • Applying company commercial policy and merchandising
  • Optimizing store to increase turnover
  • Being source of advises to satisfy as much as possible customers
  • Analyzing competitors
  • Managing customers claims
  • Promoting the company culture
  • Federating and controlling the team
  • Organizing individual and team performance meetings
  • Participating in company meetings
  • Being communication link between staff and management
  • Anticipating, planning and organizing team work based on store promoting tools available
  • Recruiting and create the team
  • Leading yearly staff evaluation and detecting talents to develop and training needs
  • Analyzing the activity situation and determining action plans
  • Managing budget
  • Making sure that accounting and social procedures are respected
  • Controlling deliveries and the store against frauds 
  • Being responsible for products moves
  • Being responsible for people and materials safety
  • Managing financial flow
  • Supporting other stores based on their needs and exceptional cases (opening, absence…)

The Candidate:

  • Higher education
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Extensive experience in retail, preferably in children`s clothing
  • Strong sales, negotiations and people management  skills
  • Result-orientated personality
  • Leadership
  • Fluency in English
