The Company:

The client of Acteon is a Global design and premedia agency, which offers not only creation but also production and print management services.

Now they are looking for motivated Print Production Manager to work within their Moscow team.

The Job:

• Trouble shooting and hand holding printers to achieve the desire results
• Provide print and technical management service to clients
• Work very closely with printers on complete process from cylinder making to packaging. Print material delivery as per client specification and targets.
• One point contact between client and the internal departments
• Responsible for conducting printer audit
• Attend all the pre-production meetings
• To handle all print related problems
• Responsible for quality of final output of the printed artwork at the printer`s end

The Candidate:

• 5 years of experience in Packaging Premedia / Prepress
• Knowledge on Flexo, Offset and Gravure
• Should have excellent color management knowledge and skills
• Should have hands on experience on application like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Esko and other packaging high end systems
• Should be good in communication skills and in position to interact externally and internally
• Should have some experience in training and development program in the field of prepress
• Should have conducted printer audit which include qualitative and determining printing press profile (finger printing)
• Should be conversant with latest trend and technologies in packaging and prepress printing
• Should have undertaken assignment for printer development and also has conducted press approval
• Project management skills will be preferable
• Russian Native speaker + English appreciated
