Office Manager / Personal Assistant / Secretary

The Company:

The client of Acteon is a Swiss-Russian law firm with offices in Moscow and Geneva and a focus on commercial law. The office in Moscow is looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager / Secretary to support the attorneys and manage daily office tasks.

 

The Job:

  • Manage clients reception
  • Provide administrative / secretary support to the team (printing, fax, word formatting,…)
  • Manage daily office expenses and suppliers coordination (coffee, water,…)
  • Provide basic translation services
  • Ensure interface with accounting services
  • Perform on demand of the team additional tasks


The Candidate:

  • Relevant personal assistant / secretary experience or jurist experience
  • Client and service oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible / multitasks
  • Responsible, well organized and accurate
  • Russian Native speaker
  • Fluent in English and French (oral and written) is mandatory
  • Experience in law companies or law degree is a plus but not an obligation
