The Company:

The client of Acteon is an international leader in the Hospitality industry with a global experience over 15 years. Reference on the market and operating in about 100 countries, their activity is constantly and significantly increasing. Due to the fast development of the Russian & CIS market, they are looking for a dynamic and talented Account Manager for their Saint Petersburg office. 

The Role:

  • Manage the existing clients port-folio (100+ accounts)
  • Identify and develop new clients on the territory assigned (city/Region)
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship thanks to frequent calls and meetings
  • Create strategic plans
  • Handle and solve requests and complaints, in collaboration with other departments
  • Manage the full sales cycle (from negotiation to contract signature)
  • Practice allotment management; get more availability and better rates
  • Deliver quality reports
  • Responsible for after sales
  • Accompany and train hotels with implementation of systems
  • Advise hotels about internet strategies
  • Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Coordinators and Area Manager Russia/CIS

The Candidate:

  • Higher education, preferably connected with Hotels or Tourism 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant sales/account management role
  • Affinity with the hospitilaty sphere
  • Pro-active, energetic and target focused profile
  • Good communication and commercial selling skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team and independantely
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Upper-Intermediate English and native Russian
